Here are some brief profiles of some
typical interims on our books:
Charles: a
Chief Executive with proven turnaround skills in manufacturing
and trading. He is entrepreneurial and results-driven and particularly
adept at identifying situations where value can be created.
A strategic thinker and excellent at new business development,
most importantly, Charles possesses excellent communication
and people skills. His last Interregna assignment was initially
for six months but he went on to lead the company for over
two years.
Douglas: a
heavyweight CFO with a strong commercial track record who has
had exceptionally wide experience at senior level in both CEO
and CFO roles with international FMCG brand groups and in UK
retail and property. In addition to handling interim roles,
he currently has two non-executive directorships and has been
a Council Member of one of the major UK Accountancy bodies.
Julia: a
senior international HR Manager with particular expertise in
compensation and benefits management, mergers, restructuring
and integration situations within industry and the City. She
is a strategic thinker with excellent influencing and communication
skills, and is innovative and pragmatic, with a strong track
record of supporting business objectives. She has a degree
in Economics from the LSE and has more recently completed an
MBA.
Margaret: an
experienced Finance Director who specialises in business development
and process improvement. She has also managed profit improvement
programmes and developed a number of innovative approaches
to funding. With a degree in computing from Aberdeen, Margaret
qualified as Scottish CA with Deloitte & Touche; she then
spent ten years in the oil exploration sector, before taking
on interim roles in manufacturing, travel and telecoms.
Jeremy:
a Managing Director with over 25 years experience of general
management and production roles in the agri-business and food
sectors. Over the last 15 years, his key achievements have
been the improvement of business performance in very demanding
environments, achieved by excellent people skills in the implementation
of cost reduction, marketing and customer relations strategies.
Having graduated from London University in Engineering, his
early career was with Unilever.
