It's time for Spring growth
Interregna’s MD, Malcolm Alexander, is excited that the early UK Spring has encouraged managers to get out and take decisions, to examine their resourcing needs – and fill gaps!
It's easy to think that Anne or Bob will just keep going and that they don't actually want to retire. But Anne and Bob will leave and it is often he case that Senior management realise this very late in the day and that they haven't identified any long-term replacements. It's not easy to do this either. Anne and Bob both have skills honed in that particular business and tremendous rapport with clients and customers. In other words, they seem irreplaceable.
It’s to these sort of situations that Interregna has been responding, whether it's for an MD, a Fund Manager, a Remuneration expert or an Operational Specialist.
