More HR placement success

As regular readers of this newsletter will know, Interregna has a particularly successful record in delivering top-notch HR practitioners. This quarter has been no exception, and once again our senior consultant Catherine Graham has placed an interim candidate in a challengingly specific job.

Our client, an energy resources brand recognised the world over, wanted something different from most HR assignments: a specialist HR advisor to manage a professional development programme for executives at all levels in their fast-moving business areas. The remit was to cover the whole of Europe, with the travel and linguistic skills that would entail; and to operate effectively despite the widely divergent energy marketplaces in each territory.

Not surprisingly, our successful candidate was an experienced and motivated self-starter, who brought the concept of “HR as a business partner” to the organisation. As well as a CV filled with well-known brands, our candidate was able to demonstrate the business planning and project management skills essential to the delivery of our client’s objectives.
